"Sketching Skills" has started with a motto to ‘Sketch India’ into a skilled nation where the citizens of India are highly skilled in their relevant sectors. If the majority of the workforce is transformed from unskilled / semi skilled to the highly skilled workforce then there will be a better utilization of human resources which in turn will increase the productivity thus contributing to the growth of the nation. India has been blessed with huge amount of human resources and also the mean age of the population is 27. If we can utilize our human resources in a right way then India can become the most powerful nation in the world. Our skilled workforce is only 2% approx of the total workforce. If we can capitalize this scenario of transforming unskilled / semi skilled workforce into highly skilled workforce then there would be no better place than India. ‘Sketching Skills’ has taken up this responsibility in a small way to provide skills using modern concepts and technologies. It is an initiative started by individuals which is a mixture of youth, experienced and professionals from different fields who are having good amount of exposure to this field for years. With a hope that it can contribute to the growth of the nation, ‘Sketching Skills’ will plan out to give the maximum highly skilled workforce to the nation.
